Tearsheet: Enterprise Social Return on Investment Report 2025 for Enterprise Community Partners

I was commissioned to photograph two residents and the property at Redondo Heights in Federal Way, WA, for Enterprise Community Partners’ 2025 annual Social Return on Investment Report, published in summer 2026. The organization has been one of the largest developers of affordable housing in the United States. Above are a select few of the pages in the report that feature my pictures.
